He came and installed railings on a porch but didn't measure correctly so there was a gap between the railing and the wall. When he installed it I didn't notice so we paid him, thanked him and he left. Then I noticed what happened and informed him. He told me he would come to fix it so we said fine. But for 4 months now the gentleman has been coming and hasn't come and doesn't answer calls and messages (until he was paid he was very formal in communication). When I realized he would never come I wrote a review here and then after weeks I saw his call. We talked and we made an appointment for him to come for the repair. I then deleted my review because I thought it would be unfair since the kid would fix it even after all this delay (although contacting me about the appointment only after the bad review couldn't be justified but ok). But the gentleman never came on the day we agreed and he didn't even inform me that he wouldn't come after all while I was waiting for him having cancelled other work that day. I sent him a message after days to see if he would come after all, unfortunately I didn't receive any response. So stay away! If something goes wrong with the work, don't see the gentleman! Unacceptable, not at all professional!
