Dialynas's workshop came to install an air conditioner that I had bought from Plaisio. They were supposed to arrive at 10:30, but they arrived at 1:30. In general, the guys were very nice, but quite inattentive. The water heater was turned on next to the sofa that was covered with nylon, leaving the pipes on our new carpet, they took down the curtain rod to put the air conditioner in (initially in the wrong place) and then they didn't put it back in because... the time had passed and it was 3:30.... while they were supposed to arrive at 10:30. Finally, when leaving, the box they put all the materials in soiled the stairs of the apartment building and we ran after the neighbors noticed to sweep the stairs of the apartment building. A little more professionalism and attention to detail would have been appreciated. Also, when will you ever get an air conditioner from Plaisio again, one day they deliver it, another day an external workshop comes to install it, and between them they don't know who has told the customer what (how the delivery is done, what line is needed, etc.). FAR!
