After repeated telephone conversations between me, the company's operations office, and Mr. Haris Vasilopoulos regarding the return of heating materials from my home due to Mr. Vaios' mistake (liquefied gas heating materials and not oil) (which had already been paid for down to the last euro), without any information from the company and with a long delay, except for annoyances from me, an employee was sent with a vehicle (agricultural type) of the company at around 2 pm on 17-10-2025 (who was alone without help) to bring the new LPG heating materials, as was done. However, there was no concern from the company to send a crane (except for the help of a 2nd employee) to receive the wrong materials (oil boilers, tank, etc.) as they were delivered to me in the same way almost 1 month ago. As a result of the above, the employee and I (customer) had to carry the oil boiler (of great weight and volume) in the company's vehicle. Unprofessional and inconsistent treatment of the company in question towards the customer. I expect the continuation of the pricing process for the returned materials and the difference in their price on my account to be not proportional to their treatment so far. I reserve the right to take any legal action for the above and for any irresponsibility and inconsistency in the future. When a mistake is made, the least that should be done is to have the phrase: "sorry for the inconvenience". The future will show the continuation...!

I visited the store in Therissos and bought a spiral and a bathroom phone after consulting the employee if they matched. When I went to open it, I noticed that the spiral's packaging had been cut with a knife and it was also not for a bathroom but for a kitchen sink. During my visit to the store after two days, they did not accept to change it for me and told me that it was impossible that it was on the shelf with tape and that their colleague had made a mistake.

It used to be my first choice, it's still among my choices if I'm looking for something. The downside is that it's now a very expensive store.
