Grigoris responded immediately. To the problem of low pressure mainly in the hot water in the kitchen and second bathroom in which it was now impossible to take a shower. There were immediate vents in the solar panel and then in the supplies at the battery points, etc. We are on the first floor with the tank on the roof so we do not have a natural excess pressure. He indicated from the beginning that the batteries with a mixer were wrong for our problem. So in the bathroom, by installing a new battery with valves plus a new supply for hot water with a larger diameter pipe from the tank to the solar panel, the pressure in the bathroom is now perfectly proportional. In essence, what physics allows us with a little tinkering. Now we can enjoy the shower again in our small bathroom...
