I yried more than 10 times to have an appointment for a propriety with them and every time they find a reason to don't do it... And that during several month.

Unpleasant experience. When significant problems appeared with the landlord, I received no meaningful assistance from the agency. Would strongly advise prospective tenants to ask many questions before signing anything.

Very reliable and genuinely kind people, great professionals. They were there, with me for all my requirements, helped me all along the way and we closed the deal at the price I wanted and according the time frame I had set. The best property agency!

Contacted the listed numbers and sent queries through marketplaces and received the same generic answer to contact again at a specific time. I did and still never heard anything but they frequently updated their listings. Really don't understand why they post to rent but don't reply to business messages. Use Kosmos Real Estate instead.

I don't know how foreigners are treated. Maybe it's the agency's policy to prioritize non-Greeks, I don't know. All I can say about my experience is that I had shown interest for three flats in Heraklion to rent, called the agency for more than five times only to wait like a fool for support or when they will call me back as they said, that's for flat 1. Flat two, I got an email response, I called them they picked up, asked me to call them 40 minutes later, never picked up the phone. And the one time I actually caught a line to discuss they said they don't have the time and to call them next day. On the bright side the agency holds the lowest offer share for Heraklion flats rentals so the demand is probably high. I guess if you're lucky you'll get a flat if they decide to contact you back of course! Funny thing I was actually looking for an agency to assign the sell of the flat I own as well. Well this one goes down the drain. In the end, I found a flat with another agency as they were not as busy to actually respond or do their job as they should. I do have receipts of emails and calls I did. Fix your service please. Edit on 5/5/23 8.58am post the reply of the agency: Obviously to respond with receipts of negative reviews given by the same user is the way to "attack" users but miss on the positive ones given. Please, keep showing your arrogance on Google. At least you have some proper response time in one of your communication channels. I give you that :) Edit on 31/05/23: All my reviews are open :) Personally, I have nothing to hide. There's only too much paid reviews one can afford. But if you pay your way into success, sooner or later the quality of character and work will be shown and then, no matter how much one pays won't be enough to cover all other aspects. People are watching. Arrogance almost always comes at a cost. I hope you keep your business open only if you have families that depend on this job. And please, rest assured, the receipts have been already shared to all interested parties.
