Buying a house in Greece especially when you are based overseas can seem like a daunting process. We arranged to view several properties with Tasos ( one of the owners two sons who work there) and fell in love with the first house we viewed but we had concerns about how the purchase would proceed as we were uk based. We need not have worried. Tasos and in fact the whole office are super friendly whilst remaining very professional and kept us updated and at ease through the whole process. If we had any queries they were a phone call away and if they could not answer anything there and then they would respond amazingly quickly which really filled us with confidence. We are now proud owners of a home near Agios and could not be happier with the house or everyone at Buy and Sell. We could not recommend them more highly, and believe you me we have very high standards. We shall be using them again when the time comes to look for another home.

Both father and son were very nice and professional. I felt that their service was the best I could hope for. Unfortunately I opted out of the property I really liked because of the access road which made me have second thoughts. Out of all the estate agents we used when buying and selling our house on Crete, they were the most helpful, honest, and went out of their way to support and advise me during a difficult period.
