It's a shame we have to give one star; this agency doesn't even deserve it! If you're planning to buy a property, avoid this agency at all costs! We visited a house with one of their agents, who assured us that the land in front of the house was buildable, that we could extend the house and add a floor (which was completely unrelated to our initial plan). The agent assured us that all the necessary documents were in order and ready for the sale. We asked to see the documents before making an offer, and he sent us a Topografico (only in Greek). Upon having it translated, we discovered that the land was absolutely not buildable and that no extension would be possible (this wasn't a problem for us, but it was the first lie). We decided to hire a lawyer to ensure the legality of the sale. It took almost two months for the seller to send the documents to our lawyer (even though the real estate agent had assured us that everything was ready). Our lawyer informed us that some documents were still missing, but that we could still make an offer to purchase. (*I should point out that it was our lawyer who dealt directly with the owner to obtain the documents, and the agent didn't handle it at all!) Our lawyer then drafted a contract, which both parties signed. A week later, our lawyer discovered that the owner didn't even own the entire plot; half of it was listed as "owner unknown," and it would require a lengthy legal process for the owner to have the property recognized. At the same time, our lawyer also discovered psychological problems in the owner that made the sale impossible. We therefore canceled the contract, wasting time and money and missing out on other, perhaps more legitimate, real estate opportunities because this agency didn't even do the bare minimum of its job. We received no apology from the real estate agent, who simply told us, "These things happen." If you were to buy a house in Crete, go to people who are more competent and respectful than them!

Not happy at all. And let me not go into any more detail.

Fast and efficient! Sofia helped me to find a place to live before I arrived in Greece, liaising with owners and translation everything. Thanks a million :)

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. 4% FOR BOTH BUYER AND SELLER. THEY DO NOTHING.

Bad experience with this company, no communication, no knowledge of business and took one year to arrange the selling of our house, because of this. Warning, don t sign anything before you know for sure what you sign. Let it read by a lawyer!!!
