I moved last week...everything was perfect. Both the lady who served me over the phone and the movers were all excellent, very polite and very helpful.
The girl on the phone was polite. The only good thing. Otherwise, the cost of the services was unreasonably high. They didn't take care of the furniture, the packaging was ridiculous and sloppy (also paid for expensively) with the result that the table and mattress (the mattress arrived in Athens incredibly dirty) have suffered irreparable damage. I spoke to the polite girl about all this, she told me that she would report it to the "responsible" and we lived well and they lived better..
We booked a date a week ago for Friday or Saturday. He came to see things today, Tuesday, and while the move was closed, after 10 minutes the girl from the office called us to say that for health reasons they wouldn't be able to. It's like one person is doing the move. Professionals.
I worked with this company for a move within Heraklion a few months ago. The lady who served me on the phone was very kind, the price was reasonable and the guys who moved the things were fast. However, the agreement was not exactly followed, we had said that the electrical appliances would be connected, which was not done. There were also minor knocks on the furniture. The guys who moved the things were polite except for one (the one who was holding the cash register). I believe that with better communication between the staff, the company can raise the level of its services even further.
Poor professionals kept changing my prices and when it was time to close the deal while they came to the house and measured things and we recorded them, they told me that for the next two months they can't move me because their cars are busy. Indulgently unacceptable as far as you can go
