I would like to share my experience with the solar company Volcano in Heraklion, Crete. I bought the solar water heater in 2008 and it worked flawlessly for 18 years. In 2026, due to strong winds, it fell while it was in operation. Even though so many years had passed, the company's response was truly impressive. They served me as if it had a lifetime warranty: they proceeded with the reconstruction and reinstallation at minimal cost and without labor charges. Professionalism, consistency and respect for the customer are rare characteristics these days. I highly recommend Volcano for its excellent quality of construction and impeccable service. A product that has lasted 18 years and a company that stands by its customer even after so long.
