I bought a generator and a stick type depla three years ago with an invoice, which from what I see they have withdrawn now and it had a serious problem. I called for a spare part for an olive press rod. A gentleman politely referred me to the Agios Nikolaos dealer. So I, who want to fix the rod myself, why can't I get the spare part directly from the source? Since there is a retail store, if I'm not mistaken, in the industrial area of Heraklion. I don't know if this is how he tries to protect his dealer, but it dampens a negative impression on the DIY retail customer.
