Every time I've been there, I've been completely satisfied. The people are true professionals and experts. I was also served by phone, and immediately, even though my issue was a bit difficult. Polite and honest. These technicians are rare. Note that I drive 45km to go to their shop. I won't change them!
A few years ago I took my broken fan in. The gentleman told me that the motor was broken (the fan doesn't even have a motor, it has a coil) and that replacing it would cost as much as a new one. As he left, he asked me if I wanted the fan or if he should "throw it away" himself, and I took it with me. Today, after a few years, my neighbor, a former taxi driver, who tinkers with various devices as an amateur, brought it back to full operation using only lubricant inside the components without changing anything at all. Conclusion. If you don't know everything these days (which is impossible), there will always be someone to call you a fool.
