He insulated the roof of my house with inverted insulation and installed tiles on top. After 3-4 years, the joints started to absorb moisture, the insulation he did underneath was leaking water, resulting in not only moisture passing through but also dripping from the ceiling!!! The worst thing is that it took him 2 years to come twice to see what was going on, he never figured out what was wrong, he never came to fix it even though he was paid well! Unacceptable professional. Basically, he is not even a professional! If he succeeds in what he is going to do, he is good, otherwise you will never see him again. Stay away from such people who you can't even reach on the phone!

For a commercial store with a basement of 58 sq m, Kaltsas gave a 9000 euro offer for its waterproofing, (158 euro/sq m, even the stones laughed). He also said, unbelievably, that what he proposes must be done otherwise the building will collapse from the excessive humidity, taking advantage of the tenant's indifference. He tells you if you have to kill yourself, what is 9000 right? In the end, the waterproofing was done by someone else for 1/10 of the price...be careful where you spend your money. I quote the offer he gave to my tenant. Be very careful in the contractors you choose for your work.
