While he says he provides 24-hour services, at 6:30 PM on Thursday he refused to come even though he knew the situation of a flooded bathroom with sewage with a tendency to be rude. While we were trying to contain the flood in the bathroom all night...we called at 8 in the morning...maybe he would be kind. Unfortunately, while he again said he would be here in an hour. 4 hours passed and after phone calls...he told us that we were already delaying him. Insulting speech, no trace of professionalism.
