Good morning. A month and ten days ago, my son ordered interior doors for his house from a company in Larissa and asked me to be present when the installation was completed so that I could check the work and make the payment. On the day of the installation, they brought all the materials upstairs and started working. I watched the entire process. There were five doors in total and one of them was not installed correctly. The door had a visible gap on the top side. The technician was gathering his tools to leave and then I pointed out the problem to him. He turned around, looked at it, removed foam from one side and tried to move the frame so that it was in the position he considered correct. To hold it in this position, he temporarily placed a machine in front of the door as a "counterweight", along with foam on the frame and waited about half an hour for it to harden before removing it. Shortly after removing the countersunk head, the door started to “hang” again, which is also visible in the photos. When I told him that it still didn’t fit properly, he replied that “it can’t get any better.” Unfortunately, I had made the mistake of paying before the installation was complete. I then contacted the store manager. The first time he didn’t answer. The next day, when I spoke to him, I explained that one of the doors wasn’t installed properly and needed to be fixed. His reaction was disappointing: – He spoke to me sharply – He told me that I was “overreacting” because I turned on a flashlight to check the doors – He said that “he hadn’t promised that they would be fitters” – And finally he hung up on me Conclusion: You pay in advance, the installation takes place and if there is a problem - as in the case of the defective door - it is not acknowledged and there is no willingness to solve it. I just want to point out something: The customer is what keeps a business going. Without satisfied customers, no business can thrive. I hope my review helps others know what to expect.

He undertook the installation of my entire kitchen as well as the wardrobes in the bedrooms, and the result was impeccable – high-quality, neat and perfectly functional. The quality of construction was excellent, with great attention to detail. Our communication was immediate and clear throughout the project, and he was always willing to answer any of my questions.
