I had called them for boiler maintenance from a brand that they represent well. They told me they would call me in 15 days. Of course they didn't call me. When I called them again, they gave me the phone number of a maintenance technician they work with and he then gave me an appointment after a month, but he didn't come. When I called him, he said that there must have been a mistake and he would call me back. Of course, he didn't call me back either.
Wide variety of products! Excellent and prompt customer service! We were completely satisfied!
Unacceptable business. Their associates have no credibility. They recommended someone to me who, after we made an appointment, never showed up and of course does not answer the phone. They installed a burner for me in 07/2018 and today, when I asked them for a replacement part for repair, they replied that they have no support and did not even offer to help. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS
The best store in Larissa with a wide variety of items and very good prices. The staff is impeccable and Mr. Krikelis and Mr. Krikelis are very helpful despite their heavy workload. We thank them.
