Truly unacceptable. No prompt service at all but the most important thing is that we had paid them the monthly utilities immediately and they did not pay any bills. But they charged the management as normal. We have received the worst opinion, you know.
I contacted for information regarding an electricity charge that is included in the communal charges, as there are no individual meters in the building and we, the tenants, were not aware of this charge. The representative was ironic, even though I made it clear that I was only calling for information and did not attribute personal responsibility to him (the representative was quite irritated for no reason). Being charged based on millimeters instead of an individual meter makes it completely logical to ask for clarification. I expect a more professional and transparent response.

Used the cleaning service for a recently renovated apartment. The service and the work performed was great. Had some communication issues but that can be easily improved.
