They are experts in their field!!!! Very helpful, they gave me a lot of instructions and advice. Specifically, I took a sick bonsai to them so they could guide me on its care. Very polite, both the lady and the young employee.
The owner with the first name Kostis, more impudent and arrogant than you can ever be! After he came to Koutsoupia in a complex with four maisonettes, after many phone calls and pleas for the repair of a fault in the automatic watering system, apparently due to indifference he disconnected two watering stops. This resulted in me watering the plants with a hose all summer because of him, which started to dry out, and not being able to be away for more than four days for this reason. Although he was informed immediately and repeatedly about the problem he created, he continues to this day to blatantly ignore us. Because in view of the autumn we would all return to the city and there would be no one to water with the hose, I made the last desperate phone call yesterday, in the hope that he would finally fix the problem that was created through his own fault, not believing in my ears that his impudent answer would be literally "I don't know when I'll come. What do you want me to start for Koutsoupia NOW?" Of course I didn't demand that he come immediately. Besides, I waited an entire summer paying for his mistake with stoicism and of course I expected a simple answer like "I'll try as soon as possible". I'm sorry that there is such a "professional" in Larissa. UNFORTUNATELY!!!
