Candy dishwasher repair due to hot water overflowing inside. Very polite gentleman and meticulous work with results! Receipt via email, expected charge 40 euros.
I contacted the store on Thursday. There was a kind gentleman on the phone, and he asked me when we wanted them to come and check the washing machine. We arranged for Saturday. The Ariston Hotpoint washing machine had a fault and was making noise from the drum bearing. I had told them that it was the bearing's fault. A young man did indeed come on Saturday, opened the drum door, shook the drum up and down, inside and out, and told us that the bearing goes with the drum and is fixed. The cost was 80 euros for labor and 240 euros. We considered it unprofitable. We asked what we owed him. He told us 20 euros, no receipt, nothing. Your conclusions.
Prompt service and reasonable price. Oven thermostat repair, €30. The hours may not match those here on Google Maps, e.g. on Wednesday it was closed at 6 pm while here it says open. Overall a good experience, I recommend it for quick repairs of household items without having to deal with dealerships.
Congratulations.. The technician came immediately and with expertise and honesty the repair of the refrigerator was done. Cost of repair and home visit very low...
LG refrigerator repair with a burnt motor. They took the refrigerator with a small dent in the freezer door on Tuesday 03/11/20 and brought it today (5/11/20) in visible pieces full of scratches and dents. In communication with the person in charge, he drove me crazy and said that the damage was pre-existing. As if the customer in question has nothing better to do. He insisted that the carriers could not have done it, while before taking it they had marked the one and only mark. Unacceptable behavior, the "what do you want, ma'am" style, and a very poor sense of responsibility. It should be noted that both the pickup and return were done without bothering to use a protective transport cover. If they were professionals, they would respect the other person's property.
