We had arranged an appointment at 5:30. I had called him the day before and had given him my address and name as he requested. The next day, because I was late to school from work, I had sent my friend home to wait for him, who called the gentleman to arrange a meeting. So, he came as he said at a quarter to 6 and I saw 6 calls on my phone. I was at work and could not answer. When I called back after 15 minutes, his answer was we left because you did not answer the phone. And I answered him why did you not ring the bell and his answer was you had not told us your name, only Maria. I should note here that neither is my name Maria nor is what he said true because I had given my first and last name properly and it was his own irresponsibility that he did not write it down. He also had the opportunity when he spoke to my friend 2 times before he came to ask for my name since he did not remember it. And then he made excuses that another bell rang and when I told him my name was that, he said that this bell rang too and we didn't open it, which is also a lie because he didn't even remember my name. Did Mr. Nikos get mad at you when I told you that we wouldn't pay cash but by card and you found excuses? What can I say, the irresponsibility is complete. That's why we give our name and write it on the bell so you can find them. Waste of time, I'm sorry, and 1 star is too much
