Sunday morning the central sewerage in the house got clogged. Desperation like nothing else... I called TEAK VASILIS KATSIMITSIRIS and immediately made an appointment. The kind Mr. Vasilis came immediately and very quickly fixed the problem... I highly recommend him... Thank you very much
Excellent treatment, prompt communication and response. They arrived on time and kept me fully informed throughout. They had no problem answering my possibly ignorant questions. I found them online and the high rating in their reviews was true, at least in my case. The cost was also reasonable for the promptness of the response. I will choose them again if needed. Very good communication, speedy response, polite and understanding to people with anxiety issues. This was my first time using their services, I found them online via google reviews and I have to say this is one of those times when the evaluation did not disappoint. At least in my case.They explained everything, reassured me on the phone, until they came as I live alone and suffer from anxiety. The pricing was fair to my mind for the services and the speed of response. I will certainly use them again if need arises.
I want to say a big thank you!!! Even though yesterday was a holiday on the 28th, the people served me even more. Not only on the phone that I spoke to a very kind and willing lady but the gentleman came 25 kilometers outside of Patras. I found them on the internet and I really don't regret it. Thank you again for solving my problem as otherwise we would have been flooded by the leak in the pipe until someone came today.

When you live in an apartment building and a leak occurs in your bathroom, you can't wait until the next day - while in a quarter of an hour the dirty water can reach the balconies and the hallway of the apartment building - because it happened to happen on a Sunday. With a phone call to TEAK, the intervention was done in half an hour, for which I am grateful and thank them very much. For me, all the other plumbers in Patras were out of order.
