My experience with this real estate agency was disappointing mainly due to a lack of honest information. While I was told over the phone that the property was "closed" with another interested party, even though I had visited it and was ready to rent it, the ad remains active and appointments for visits continue as normal. I would have appreciated clearer and more professional communication instead of conflicting information. Although the communication on a personal level was polite, the overall management of the case did not inspire confidence and transparency in your practices.

It's the only agency that I have come across that's asking for their full agency fee way before the completion of the transaction. Be aware, because it can be subsequently proven difficult to get your money back if you face any obstacles with the property or with your interactions with the seller, who are very often unsophisticated in Greece!
