What prevents you from answering the phones during working hours and days?
I have purchased many items from this store for years. Yesterday I placed an online order and it was successfully accepted for 3 espresso cups at a price of €9.77 each. I sent emails and called all morning to confirm availability and price and finally my calls were answered after about 2 hours, I politely admit and confirm that there is availability and this is their price. We started a few kilometers away to pick them up with two people, one only to drive, due to the inability to park in the area in question, and I receive a call in the middle of the route that there has finally been a mistake on the website and the price is over €14 per piece. I am very sorry but I cannot manage the mistakes myself, and unfortunately I will not continue to be your customer. Orders from abroad have never had such issues and I will continue to contact them because I cannot be upset with them anymore. errors on pages and telephone communications trying and having all the good will to support the local economy. Unfortunately it broke down for me. I still love you but I love myself too
