What you say does not correspond to reality, I never asked you for something that you didn't provide and it's a shame to say that. On the contrary, very politely - in contrast to your own rudeness and aggression - I asked you to inform me of the amount of initial wear on a specific carpet of mine, which in your case became greater (the friction with the machines is not negligible) resulting in me having to buy a new one. I never told you anything about the damage because as I said there was (in no case extensive as you say) and I paid for the carpet cleaning properly so don't try to create impressions. If you mixed up the colors and opened an extra carpet while I told you which carpet it was from the beginning, that's your fault and not mine. Why open up all the crap as you say since one was the issue? Because obviously you mixed it up with the result of not serving me and confusing me. I am very sorry for your behavior and for the money I have given you for so many years. Obviously the customer is only good when he pays. The way you respond shows a lot. Good luck to you too.
