On the day we arranged for you to come to see the air conditioner, you told me you would be there at 1:30 PM. In the end, you came at 9:30 AM, without warning. I didn't have cash at that time and you didn't have a POS or IRIS. Nevertheless, I went to the nearest ATM to withdraw money, while you were still at home, but it was closed. I said I would stop by your store, but you only wanted hours/days that were convenient for you. Specifically, I had told you to come on Saturday. I also suggested to the gentleman we spoke to at the time that I send you the money and that you send me the receipt by mail, but he didn't want that either. I think you understand that it's not my job to run around, because you don't have a POS. After we spoke on the phone today, you agreed to have your man come to my house with the receipt and for me to give him the cash. You specifically told me that he would call me earlier to arrange a time. Of course, not only did he never call me, but he didn't even have the right change to give me.

Impeccable installation of an air conditioner thanks to the fact that the cables are visible inside the house and there are no steel parts. After a few days, they also cleaned an air conditioner in a different place where they unscrewed all the covers of the air conditioner and washed it with pressure very thoroughly. The most important thing for me as a customer and what made a very nice impression on me is that they enter the place with a smile painted on their face with a very inviting mood for conversation and when they meet you on the street they greet you which for me shows that they respect you both as a person and as a customer
