After a visit to the store and 2 phone calls I managed to get an appointment after a month for heat pump maintenance. The technicians who came were impeccable. Another phone call about another issue related to the pump and the response from the otherwise polite secretariat: "We will call you back". 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting... They probably have a lot of customers and don't want new ones...
When one of the 3 new air conditioners (TCL under warranty) that I purchased from this company malfunctioned, the final solution was given 10 months later (!!!), after much suffering and, of course, after we endured both the cold of winter and the heat of this summer.
The worst thing in terms of service and the final solution to a problem with a Mitsubishi air conditioner that was under warranty.
