ACHAIKI APOLYMANTIKI

I needed organic on a 2-seater sofa, they were helpful and quick to make an appointment, very polite guys and they definitely know what they are doing, impeccable! Everything in detail and they didn't leave a single inch undone. Their work is more than worth it. Congratulations.

We returned from a trip to a shelter with several bites and found red insects on the covers, so we panicked a bit and called Achaiki Disinfection, fearing that we had bedbugs. I can't say, they responded immediately and the next day they sent someone. The thing is that the gentleman didn't even bother to make sure whether there were bedbugs or not, which is something a professional should have done. A customer can say whatever they want in their ignorance and panic (us), but shouldn't an assessment of the situation be made before someone starts spraying here and there indiscriminately? I should also mention that he was probably in a hurry and repeatedly looked at his watch, telling us "what else, tell me where else we're going, let's go..." in a hurry and sprayed. He answered our questions in general and vague terms without trying to explain or even think about what we were asking him! He left after taking 55 euros and leaving us with more stress with his apathy and haste and without worrying about the "red little insects" that the, obviously, unrelated customers called him (or maybe it was convenient?). Finally, to be blunt, we had bird lice, annoying but seasonal and not as scary as the possibility of having bedbugs, which he would have found if he had bothered to look outside! The next person we called was impeccable, he explained to us that bedbugs are a difficult case that in no way would have been corrected in the way that the gentleman who came tried (?) to combat it and that we never found out what he used to spray and that, if he had sprayed the mattress, we should not sleep on it (the Achaiki disinfectant employee told us to sleep comfortably as soon as it dried from the spray!). Indifference, ignorance and unprofessionalism, to say the least. We washed everything again and I took the trouble to write the very long comment because it is not possible for them to play with health, hygiene and safety issues like this. *** ADDITION After a few days, the person in charge called me and gave me more explanations and apologized. I have to point this out, because this can certainly be considered an advantage for a company and shows that mistakes can be made, but there is an intention to recognize and improve. My annoyance from the incident may remain, but perhaps it was just a mishandling and I feel obliged to state it.

I recommend them, We had a serious problem with bedbugs and two other companies had come before with no results, we turned to Achaiki Disinfection and they really provided a solution. I had a serious problem in my house with strong and two other companies had come before without result, I chose Achaiki Apolymantiki, it was Sunday and I got an answer immediately, the next day the crew came and the result was really awesome. I asked for certification for the preparations and they gave it to me (ecological and friendly for us and for my dog). The courtesy, formality and efficiency of Achaiki Apolymantiki is an example for other companies. I will definitely prefer them if I have another problem in the future.
