This man is a consummate professional who really knows his craft. He is reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled. He is also very reasonably priced. He was able to respond to my call quickly, and on both occasions that I hired him he was able to solve the problem. He speaks English as a second language, so for expatriates who live in Patras this is an added blessing.

Our collaboration was impeccable on all levels. The communication, consistency and quality of the work left me amazed because it is not something ordinary.

When the job is big, he's willing and kind. When I told him that a radiator has a leak and he needs to see it, he doesn't even pick up the phone, let alone tell me that he can't make it, which is a shame, even for a professional.

In July 24, he undertook the reconstruction and supervision of a 4m2 bathroom in an old house that I own. In his offer, he undertook all the work as well as providing a fee for their supervision. The bathroom was to be delivered on 5/9 for its construction, I had moved into a nursing home. He finally arrived on 19/8, delivered everything except the bathroom door, which was completed on 25/9. Result: The slope of the tiles collects water in the door frame, resulting in it swelling. The door frame has been installed crookedly and leaves up to 1.8cm of space. For his work, he did not respect the space and has caused damage to the interior lime tiles over a large area. The answer to the questions was the following: regarding the tiles that I have worn out, I will charge you 100 euros to find a solution yourself. Regarding the calls, if you want, we can break them again and fix them again, but since you don't want to, I will charge you 200 euros to find a solution yourself. Regarding the door that doesn't fit, you will have to replaster the wall to bring it in. That's all I have to say. He is a good and friendly person and I believe he did a good job as a plumber. Unfortunately, he was unacceptable in his supervision but also in the way he dealt with his mistakes, a mistake that I will face every day. As an indication, I will say that for these 4 square meters, the cost of the bathroom, including materials, reached 7500 plus the 15 days that I couldn't leave the house and was renting out. I am disappointed because for the cost I paid, I received substandard service.

Panagiotis and I had an excellent collaboration as I was outside Patras. He was analytical, helped me with suggestions and deliveries of things, but most importantly, he was easy to get along with and available for whatever was needed. The result was excellent. I didn't know him before, I found him from reviews here and on Tik Tok and I definitely and unreservedly recommend him!!!
