Working with Theodoros as an advisor was maybe the best choice I did this year! He was very professional when it comes to understanding and finding the portfolio of tenants I was looking for. He also advised on market rates with high precision, explained all the procedures (as I am first time property owner). He also guided me throught the expected processes around taz payment and declaration, most importantly reminding me "to stop worrying" about it and that it will all be fine :) I really recommend Theodoros for his professional services but mostly for his communication and understanding of the emotional status of his clients.
