I recently booked an apartment with them and the agent (she is called Panagiota Vamvaka or Yiota in short :)) has been super nice all along. She has been helpful since the beginning and yes she could have probably just showed me the options and get the money and done. But she didn't do that , infact she answered to each one of my doubts and have been helping me even after I have come here in Patras and trying to settle down. If you are an international student coming to study here and feel overwhelmed with searching for an accommodation in a new country and even about the basic stuffs to settle down, do connect with them and i am certain that they will help you out as much as possible. They were kind to me and i know they will be to you too!

My collaboration with Vamvaka Giota was truly excellent from start to finish. From our first contact, she stood out for her professionalism, kindness and positive energy. She is a very pleasant and likeable person who makes you feel comfortable and safe at every stage of the process. Throughout, she was always available to answer my every question, solve every doubt and guide me with patience and honesty. Her help is essential and continuous. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient and truly supportive professional in the real estate field. I thank her warmly for everything!

I was completely satisfied with the real estate agency in Patras. Within just one day they managed to find me the right house, which impressed me with their speed. The staff was polite, willing and professional at every step of the process. Communication with the agency's cooperating real estate agent, Ms. Panagiota Vamvaka, was immediate and clear, without unnecessary delays. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a house in Patras!

Inappropriate behavior from the secretariat. I called on behalf of a person close to me who has a business and is currently outside Patras to see a property that interested him and if he agreed to close it already so that he could stay for the coming period. So a businessman and not a student. So I called for an appointment and went through interrogation through inappropriate questions like how did it occur to you now to close a house? Before this person did not want a house? Now it occurred to him? Before you did not know that he wanted to find a house? Why are you calling us at this time when students are looking for houses? Why are you calling now about your close person and not the previous period? IS IT POSSIBLE ??? WE WILL GIVE YOU A REPORT ABOUT OUR LIFE ??? In other words, each person must say personal information that does not concern them. It's okay to ask what your job is and some information, but up to a point. Don't talk as if we're inferior to you. They find it rather strange that you're not a student and looking for a house at this time. It's as if only students exist in Patras. So after they did the first interrogation and made me feel very uncomfortable, they ended up having me go and listen closely and have a second interrogation by a real estate agent to give me an appointment. This is the first time I've encountered this with a real estate agency and I called them solely because of the property. So before you call them, make sure you have your financial situation, your tax return with you, be prepared for them to ask you a lot of inappropriate personal information and tell them why you're looking for a house now and not before. Reply to the company: The fact that you ironically confirm the behavior I'm describing shows how little you care about improving. Thank you for publicly vindicating me!
