They spent many days trying to find a house, Agathi was very sweet and supportive throughout the whole process!!
We went to see a house we wanted to buy and the house we saw was not the same as the photos. He admitted that it was a different house but said that the one in the photos was just the one on top which was the same just painted while in reality it had different rooms but floors and was generally in much worse condition.
We approached the agency to rent an apartment in March 2025. We ended up with an apartment that did not meet our needs and we booked it by paying a real estate agent equal to a full rent. As the employee informed us, based on the agency's policy, they would continue to give us priority for a house that meets our needs without having to pay a real estate agent again, as long as we move within the next 12 months and as long as the rent does not exceed the rent of the first one (otherwise we would pay the difference). In May 2025, we saw an apartment on the agency's website that suited us and asked to see it. We agreed and proceeded with the leasing process. The difference in rent was €20. However, when it came time to sign the lease, the agent asked us for half the rent (€250) under the pretext that he would not receive a real estate agent's fee from the owner. We explained that this was not the deal, and asked to speak to the manager. We made an appointment at the office, the manager was absent and the employee initially asked us for the €250 again and after we refused a second time, he asked us to pay whatever we thought was necessary to "leave something for the office". For the third time, we explained that we would not do it since we had not agreed to such a thing. Finally, we signed without paying any additional brokerage fee. The next day, the owner informed us that the office received half the rent (€250) from her as brokerage fee. The lie they told us is obvious. We would not recommend this office under any circumstances.
Far away. Scammers. We closed a house for purchase (value 55,000) and they wanted a deposit of 4,000 which the office would keep with a private agreement and would return in the event that the purchase was not completed through no fault of our own. I spoke to a notary and he told me that this private agreement does not cover me anywhere and I will not easily find a way to get the amount refunded if the real estate agent is not reliable. It was a risk for the money and he even thought that too much was asked for. So he proposed a preliminary agreement. I took it to the real estate agent saying that I would take care of the expenses for the preliminary agreement so that I would be covered and while she accepted it, she then disappeared. She did not answer phone calls or messages. So I understood, seeing the comments here that said that advances were not returned, and I realized that maybe I was a victim like others. Be very careful and far away. They are unreliable. Not 4000 euros, not even 4 euros I would trust them.
What other real estate could not find in one year was found by Luxury real estate in 1 day! Profesionalism was showed at the best.
