TZELI REAL ESTATE
Patras-based real estate agency praised for attentive service, criticised for questionable fee practices.
What customers love
- Personal attention from staff like Stella throughout process
- Practical help with utilities setup and translation services
- Professional, detail-oriented approach with transparency and honesty
Worth noting
- Agency fees presented as non-refundable deposit, unclear fee structure
- Allegedly uses high upfront costs as barrier to property viewings
Best for
Expat relocations to Greece seeking hands-on support beyond property search.

Good service, i would surely suggest you guys to friends and colleagues And a special thanks to the lovely and helpful lady Stella☺️
Tzelli Realty goes above and beyond to ensure my family had a great experience finding a beautiful place in Greece. Above this, Stella stayed in regular contact with me to ensure we had everything we needed, including utilities and all the basics. Stella even called places for me to translate when I needed help. Tzeli is the only place I recommend for expats and anyone looking for white glove, top notch service. If you are moving to Greece or relocating locally, this is the team you want to partner with to find the place of your dream! Thank you Stella for your amazing service and assistance every step of the way!
My family had a great experience with Giorgio Stathopoulos and Tzeli Real Estate. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
I had a truly excellent experience working with this real estate agency. The team is *super professional*, consistently attentive to every detail and need throughout the process. Their *high level of service awareness* was evident from start to finish, and above all, I appreciated their *transparency and honesty*. It's not easy to find such a trustworthy and client-focused agency. Highly recommended!
Absolutely ridiculous agency. I would avoid them at any cost. We were searching for a property in Athens and the letting agent requested 2 month deposit plus 1 month “deposit” to the agency. That one month deposit for the agency is the agency fees which mean you won’t get it back when you leave the property. Firstly it’s unethical to mislead someone secondly most of the time it’s 2 months deposit required. Why the tenant should pay 600 euro as an agency fees? It is outrageous. The letting agent tried to gaslight us saying this is the norm in Greece.( my partner born and bred in Athens) also apparently some agencies not even offering views unless you pay a deposit. It is not the norm and this is bad business ethics. Just because someone is from the Uk that doesn’t mean you can rip them off.Unbelievably unethical business! Avoid them at any cost.
