The epitome of "wysiwyg": what I chose was what I got! And, in fact, one level above: I got exactly what I imagined I would get when I was choosing a door for my apartment! Everything was done as I wanted it to be done and, in fact, two days earlier than the agreed delivery date (with my consent, of course)! As for the installation crew, what can I say? They were going to be 10 minutes late for the pre-arranged appointment and they called in time to inform and apologize! Fast, impeccable, very polite, with fun and humor... while, when they left, they took with them not only the old door to throw it away but also all the dirt and garbage that resulted from the work. Wonderful! Of course, whether the security door I installed is of high quality or problematic, will be seen in the future. For now, however, my satisfaction is absolute. Congratulations!
