I had worked with EXCOM in the past, in my previous house, for the installation of an external security door and I was completely satisfied with the quality and our cooperation. For this reason, in my new house I decided to trust them again. We installed the same external security door, two internal doors – which I only gave them through photos from Pinterest – and what particularly impressed me was that they managed to find the exact shade and the result was truly excellent. In addition, they also undertook the installation of the external frames, specifically two balcony doors. I have been completely satisfied with both the quality of the materials and their professionalism. I will prefer them again without a second thought and I recommend them unreservedly.

This shop was recommended to us, and it happens to be in our street. So we passed by and Kostas the owner, came to take some measures immediately. We thought oh that's a good sign.. We mainly wanted to electrify all our blinds..when we asked if they do this, they said, yes of course we do. After a month waiting for the offer, we called, received a very general offer, mainly a price.. without any specifics (labor, parts, Ixh ones.. Etc..) So we Called again.. The secretary asked us to send a message with our questions.. As she did not seem to understand what was wrong with such an offer.. So we did. No news. Does not seem very professional to me Edit after shop reply : of course we have all the conversations... It is very nice to reply so quickly to a review.. Would be better to be more professional so there would be no 'need for such review. So NO unlike what the shop states.. They never came back to us. Reading his answer.. It just confirms me we have very different understanding of a professional behavior..

One of the best and most reputable companies I have ever met. They came exactly on time as they told me to take action. Very polite and very experienced technical staff. In one day they removed six double balcony doors and one double window. They installed the new frames with great precision and care. Mr. Stelios, you must be proud of your company and your staff.
