We chose Arteriors Construction for the 4th time for a renovation and of course Vasilis! All 3 times the result was excellent and exactly as we had planned! The crews were fast and efficient and Vasilis was always there for any questions we might have! 1st and 2nd renovations were a complete kitchen and later the bathroom! 3rd renovation, in another family home of ours, of the kitchen! 4th now, complete kitchen transfer, electrical etc., new kitchen, room construction, new frames, puttying, painting and of course delivery on time and our house is beautiful, exactly as we requested and agreed with Vasilis' guidance! With ARTERIORS constructions we successfully completed the total renovation of 3 apartments in order to use them for short-term rental. The result, as can be seen from the photos, was amazing both from a construction and decoration point of view. The collaboration with Vasilis was excellent at all levels. He is an excellent professional with deep knowledge and experience in the construction sector as well as in decoration. During the construction, he effectively supervised all the work and whenever we encountered any difficulties, we resolved them quickly and successfully. The project was delivered sooner than the date stipulated in the contract. In a few words, I have to say quality-professionalism-efficiency-consistency-speed. Quality 10/10 Only branded guaranteed materials, careful work, the crews as clean as possible, full careful work and professionalism. Aesthetics 10/10 Vasilis, that day at the first appointment, if you had asked me to imagine what the ideal house for us would be like, I don't think my imagination would have been enough to imagine what the house would be like as you delivered it to me. From the initial design to the implementation, the house is transformed and we really don't want to leave! And I know that an incredible job was done when visitors come and don't just tell me that it's beautiful, but they ask for your details for future work. Cost 10/10 With a limited budget, with -relatively- tied hands since there were restrictions, the result was optimal. Crews came and when they learned the price it cost, they couldn't believe it. I had to show them the budget to make them believe me! In conclusion, in building or renovating a house, the right hands really do wonders. You start with an engineer and end up with a friend, which is perhaps the most important thing of all.
