Great gym. Friendly personnel, welcoming atmosphere and decent variety of equipment for a complete workout. Great for tourists as it has daily/weekly passes at a good price ($10/$25 as of now).
The gym itself is well-equipped. However, unfortunately, the manager at the reception does not allow you to exercise properly: like a prison overseer, he is constantly behind you and constantly making comments. Here you're using a wide range of motion—you'll break the machine, here you've put on heavy weights—you'll break it, here on the block at this angle you'll tear the cable. And it goes on like this constantly! I have decades of training experience, am used to training powerfully and heavily, and have traveled almost all over the world, but this is the first time I've encountered such a gym. As a result, despite buying a week's membership, I only went a few times and then went to another gym. If you want to train powerfully and energetically, this gym is not for you. I do not recommend it.
After a year of personal training, I dare to say it is the best gym I've ever been, the staff know their job everyone is polite and professional, the gym itself is everyday thoroughly cleaned and the equipment is hygenic and cared for. It's also a great place for short-term visitors, I highly recommend it.
Very nice gym with huge variety of machines and equipment, everything you need. Close to the city center. Veeery kind staff also.
Great gym! We visited on the 1/8 and the guy working was super friendly and helpful and walked around helping people as needed but not intrusively. Would definitely recommend. Good price for day pass and convenient location
