A good place for workout. It's quite big and it has plenty of choises.
A great gym in all sectors starting from the gym trainers to the Pilates instructors and finally Eleni the yoga instructor who is by far one of the best teachers making her class warm, inviting and essential!
Probably the best gym in Thessaloniki! And the only one offering a week free trial, where other gyms ask 10 euros for a day pass. I really wish there would be a Life Fitness Center in the West also.
Visited many gyms the last couple of years throughout Europe.. I can say for sure that this is one of the best gyms equipment and staff wise.. The facilities are perfect and it is very spacious and clean... The vibes are special in a positive way since ppl there are very committed to the fitness lifestyle and bring the right attitude to the table when it comes to working out… Above all what makes it special in my opinion is the experienced and always helpful staff.. and there is an outside parking area ;) If you are in Thessaloniki you should definitely hit this gym!
It is located at Nikolaou Plastira street in Pylaia Thessaloniki. This gym is excellent in terms of quality and has facilities for anyone who wants a healthy and sport way of life.
