A good place for workout. It's quite big and it has plenty of choises.
A great gym in all sectors starting from the gym trainers to the Pilates instructors and finally Eleni the yoga instructor who is by far one of the best teachers making her class warm, inviting and essential!
By a mile the best gym in town. Hell of a lot of machines, treadmills, dumbbells up to 50kg, ropes, racks and even a running truck! I’ve been impressed for real. Very old school 2000s vibes also, the tv was playing NFL and NBA games, it was very cool!
Probably the best gym in Thessaloniki! And the only one offering a week free trial, where other gyms ask 10 euros for a day pass. I really wish there would be a Life Fitness Center in the West also.
It is located at Nikolaou Plastira street in Pylaia Thessaloniki. This gym is excellent in terms of quality and has facilities for anyone who wants a healthy and sport way of life.
