NON-PROFESSIONAL 'services' AND a bad attitude to pair with it. > [Background]: a couple of meetings since April for bathroom furniture plans, designs etc and chats about DELIVERY IN AUGUST > [July Day 1]: they were asked whether they can deliver bathroom furniture before summer/August holidays (i.e. the shop's/staff holidays that is), they say YES and RECEIVE partial payment in advance > [July Day 2 (next one literally)]: they say they CANNOT MAKE IT SUDDENLY, when alternatively asked to deliver just ONE PIECE of the furniture at least before hols (and the rest later) they fail AGAIN to commit, or even sync between them > [RESULT]: a potential CUSTOMER moving into a new apartment WHO TRUSTED THEIR WORDS, WAS FOOLED BY THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and was left without a solution in the worst possible time of the year (needless to say the potential customer DROPPED THEM/GOT THEIR MONEY BACK, but trust, time and effort WERE ROBBED by their INCONSISTENCY) - STAY AWAY !!
Amazing custom made design, ecellent quality and on time delivery. Customer service is extraordinary and all personnel (from designing to assembly team) efficient, polite and most helpful. They helped me redecorate my bedroom and I can't wait to work with them again on our next redecoration project.
