I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. I contacted them to help resolve my Greek military obligations and paid €1,200 for their services. After payment, their communication became almost nonexistent. Their preferred method of communication was Viber, but despite multiple follow-ups, my messages were repeatedly left on read with no meaningful updates. For approximately six weeks, I received no explanation, no status update, and no indication of what was being done on my behalf. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Only after I demanded a refund did they finally respond, and they responded within minutes. To me, that only reinforced how unacceptable the prior silence was. It showed they were capable of responding quickly when they wanted to. The issue was not that they could not communicate. The issue was that they chose not to communicate until I demanded my money back. At that point, they blamed the delay on the government. Even if government delays were involved, that should have been communicated to me at any point during the six weeks instead of ignoring my messages entirely. They have refused to refund me and, to date, have provided no proof that any work was actually started, no paperwork, and no copies of communications with any government agency. Given their lack of transparency and poor communication, I now have to work with my bank regarding a chargeback. I also noticed that other reviews mention similar issues with communication and responsiveness, so my experience does not appear to be isolated. At this point, their refusal to refund me despite providing no proof of completed work or meaningful progress only reinforces my belief that this firm handled my matter in an unethical and unacceptable manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. The lack of communication, lack of transparency, and refusal to take accountability made the entire process stressful, insulting, and not worth the headache.

In a difficult and complex case, Mr. Mortopoulos and his team stood by me with genuine interest and guidance. They did not approach my case formally, but with attention to detail and substantial strategic thinking. I felt that my voice was heard and correctly represented legally. Their support was decisive and I thank them warmly.

I had to contact Mr. Mortopoulos for a military issue and so far I have been completely satisfied. Our communication was brief but he honestly made me feel safe and that the problem I was facing would be solved, he is very talkative and above all a person. His associates are all excellent and very patient.
