3 months Still waiting the prepayment, after left the apartment.Crazy!!!
At first they were friendly and easy to work with, but when it comes to the problem between me and house-owner, they were merely cooperative. I also didn't like the fact that they asked me 25% extra brokerage fee if I'd like to have receipt...which was purely unprofessional. P.S. Wow I didn't expect that kind of reaction, as I WAS a one of your clients at September 2020, and it is true that female worker who was in charge told me clearly , in the office of yours that you mentioned, that I need to pay 25% (24%? I don't remenber exat figure though) if they issue receipt ...Daniel is not my real name as I'm far too careful person to put my real name on my Google account...I know that reputation matters a lot in your business, but I find it really rude that you behave like nothing happened and it is purely my mistake.
