We had a very good experience buying a property for investment in Thessaloniki with the firm, particularly with Eva. Because we came from abroad Eva sent us relevant properties to review and their details and when we came she took us to them. Her colleagues were waiting for us in the properties. When we decided to change the type of property we wanted Eva did the adjustments needed for our next tour. Eva was professional, very communicative and available.

I don’t understand the good reviews to be honest. I only had bad experiences with this agency. The apartment that I wanted to rent (as an Erasmus student) was just what I was looking for and I had high hopes for it, although the rent, deposit and commission were extremely high. The agent was very unprofessional, one day he said this and the other said something else, and when we booked an appointment and decided upon a specific hour (6 pm) to go to the apartment and sign the contract, he arrived 2 hours late (because he was showing another client a different apartment) with no keys to the apartment and said it was only possible for me to enter the home the next day. Upon trying to lower the commission price (744€ ridiculous!!!) due to the inconveniences made by their agency, he and his boss were not accepting anything (only 600€ WITHOUT a receipt, that means they wanted to accept the money illegally without taxes!!
