Negative experience. For the same properties, the prices are consistently higher than other real estate agencies. Furthermore, despite full financial coverage, the final choice seems to depend on the personal judgment of the real estate agent and not on objective criteria, which creates a sense of lack of transparency. In response to what you mentioned, I am attaching a screenshot where the same property is listed by another real estate agent at €235,000, while by you at €265,000. Regardless of who sets the price, such a large discrepancy (€30,000) raises reasonable questions regarding the transparency of information to interested buyers. Informing consumers with clear and consistent information is a basic requirement for credibility. 2nd answer: The discussion has now become clearer. When the same property repeatedly appears on the market at a price significantly lower than other real estate agents and consistently higher than yours, the problem is not third-party “phishing” or a lack of data. It is a price inconsistency that cannot be convincingly explained. Calling all the others “misleading” and only one company “the only reliable one” is not an argument; it is an avoidance of the answer. In the real market, there are multiple models of cooperation, including cases where the owner sets a minimum price and the broker has an incentive to sell more expensively — which also explains why the highest price is not necessarily an indication of transparency. The constant invocation of ISO and general principles does not change a simple fact: the buyer sees different prices for the same property and rightly wonders which one really serves his interests. If you insist that this is an isolated or unfounded incident, I'll provide another screenshot - and last one because I have other things to do - (without mentioning the broker's name, of course) to make it clear whether this is an "exception" or a recurring pattern. Until then, the invocation that "everyone else is wrong" is unconvincing. The market speaks with comparable data - not with statements of intent.

In the past week and a half I have contacted 3 times about an apartment I am interested in renting and all they tell me is that a representative will contact me but no one has ever contacted me. It's just a shame.
