We have been working with Mr. Karanikolas' office for thirty years. First to the late Giannis Karanikolas and in recent years to his son Konstantinos, we entrusted our house for rent, (and they never disappointed us), until today when Konstantinos helped us find a house for our student daughter. Konstantinos is an excellent man, completely honest to both sides, worthy of trusting him with your property as an owner but always willing and able to help you as a tenant or as a buyer.

Konstantinos is professional, consistent, honest and most importantly always willing to help you even in matters that arise and the owner may be responsible. He will advise you without expecting anything in return, and for me it is very important that he will tell you the truth. He does not do injustice to the property, but in no case will he deify it. (I have seen houses put filters and when I saw them in person I had become furious with real estate agents in the past). With Konstantinos you know that what you see in an ad is what you will see in reality without heavy-handed filters of impression or funny descriptions of properties
