Excellent salespeople and professionals. They seem to know the real estate market well and are completely up to date with current trends. They are punctual in their appointments and very polite.

Very helpful, polite and professional. They know their stuff and it shows. No other real estate agent helped me as if it were their own house. I found what I wanted within two days and I couldn't ask for anything better. On the positive side, their very beautiful office is also a plus. Thank you very much for the cooperation!!

I'm sorry to write a negative comment, but I think I should tell you about my strange experience. Today is the seventh day I've been waiting for them to contact me 🤷🏻‍♂️ Last Saturday I called them for the first time, they took my information and said that a colleague would call you later and you would make an appointment. On Monday I called them and said that no one had called me yet. They told me that it was probably my fault that I gave them the wrong number and it's impossible for someone not to call me. Anyway, I gave them the same number again (I don't have any other numbers, and the office has automatic caller ID, so it's hard for my phone to be wrong) and they told me that they would call you at some point. Tuesday comes, no one calls me again, I pick up again. We repeat the same act again. The same thing again on Wednesday. On Thursday I happened to be near their office, around 6 pm. Only the cleaning lady was in the office, who didn't open the door for me but said... I'll make a note that you stopped by and have them call you 😂😂 Tragic. I finally found an apartment through another real estate agency, within a day by the way. 🤷🏻‍♂️
