Incredible professionalism and service. I was particularly impressed by the provision of information with legal arguments for what I asked them for. Of course, I recommend the company to everyone unreservedly!!!!
I chose Active Electronic Systems to install an alarm system in my home and I was completely satisfied. From the first contact to the completion of the installation, the service was prompt and professional. The technicians were qualified, consistent and willing to explain in detail the operation of the system. The installation was done carefully and with special care in the area. The system works flawlessly and I feel that I made a safe and reliable choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for security solutions with professionalism and responsibility.
I recently had a security alarm installed by Active Electronic Systems, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The engineers, Stratos and Apostolis, arrived on time and were incredibly respectful of my home. They were extremely tidy and left no mess behind. They took the time to explain the entire system clearly and made sure I was comfortable using the app before they left. I love that I can arm and disarm the system right from my phone and receive instant alerts if anything is triggered. The picture quality on the cameras is crystal clear, even at night. The whole setup feels very high-tech but is surprisingly easy to use. Great value for a top-tier security solution! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional, stress-free experience!
