The store in skroutz, showed a product immediately available, that is, 1-3 days, and in the end there was no availability, while I paid by card, so they took my money while they misinformed me that it was available. I leave the above, but that's not exactly how things are, the store could have responded to the 1 to 3 days that it said delivery through skroutz, but skroutz demanded that it deliver to the .transport within 20 hours instead of giving it a little room to maneuver. Unacceptable behavior of skroutz towards its associates. I have the best impression of the store, someone immediately contacted me and assured me that they could deliver to me, and indeed that's how it happened, I received it the same day as the cancellation made by skroutz, telling me that the store did not have it available. Sometimes appearances are deceiving, I apologize to the store and I give my respect to their professionalism.
