If I could give zero stars I would. I have had an appointment since the end of September. On the day of the appointment they call and give a different excuse every time. It should be noted that I have a sick person at home... Simply unacceptable
I had a problem with the gas burner, the call center served me perfectly, they sent a gentleman called Giannis with a pigtail in his hair. An impeccable professional, very fast with passion to find the problem the burner had. Finally he found it and the burner is now working normally. Perfect cooperation with both the engineer and the crew during the installation. In fact, because a balcony light had to be moved to fit the outdoor unit, they did me a favor and reinstalled it next to it!!! (The cable hanging in the photo is an alarm supply and is not related to the air conditioner).
