Very satisfied with the company's engineer, Yannis Pardalis, and the heat pump installation crew, I highly recommend them!
I called 3 times to install a Daikin air conditioner in an apartment due to moving. After 3 times they told me that the technician was missing at the moment, I said, hold the phone and call back yourself? Then suddenly the girl remembered and asked if we bought it from them??!!! (As if it matters which Daikin in Thessaloniki it was bought from) ... and then came the statement, shame on the supposed Daikin dealership... we only serve our customers because we have a lot of work!!!! So my girl, if I bring a BMW for service from Germany to Greece to the dealership for service?? (I'm not a customer either) I guess "mom" Daikin should pay attention to her dealers. Rating 0 NOT recommended for cooperation
Perfect cooperation with both the engineer and the crew during the installation. In fact, because a balcony light had to be moved to fit the outdoor unit, they did me a favor and reinstalled it next to it!!! (The cable hanging in the photo is an alarm supply and is not related to the air conditioner).
Impeccable professionals and very good service, exactly what you expect from a very large company. I have trusted them for years for the maintenance of air conditioners and gas boilers and will continue to do so for many years to come.
