I called them to repair a window in my office that wouldn't open. And to replace a window screen. They told me that of course they would take care of it. After a few days' delay, one of their associates came, saw what was needed, and told me that they would call me for a quote (I didn't understand what the quote was, the repair wasn't anything major). They never contacted me again...
Excellent service! The company responded immediately to our request and the repair of the household roller blinds was completed very quickly and professionally within the same day. The result was impeccable and the communication was excellent throughout the process. I highly recommend them!
I have solicited their service twice, and they were super professional. Highly recommended!
