I have tried to use the service but always get rejected. User not approved. When I call the customer service center, there is no answer. No one is available to speak to a manager and no one knows anything. Just an excuse that the system is rejecting me because of the risk. Which I don't understand I have never been able to get a loan there so I have never been in default. I am not in default I am facing a payment assessment of 12,000 kr. for a loan, maybe higher. But still the only answer is "sorry but the computer says no" because of that. A complete scam! 😡
Worst scam ever, got not notified about a payment request on my lost bank account, ended up contacting them to change the payment that took an othew week and ended up paying substantially more in extreme fees for a week of delay plus for the week waiting for them to update the payment method! I would call this a scam!
