A very nice place, with good food and nice atmosphere. We had burgers, beef steak and hashed fish (which is like a potato stew with fish and cheese, I really like). When there are many plates, they have a helper robot to carry them, which is fun to see.

We tried the grilled rib‑eye lamb, the traditional hashed fish, and the oven‑baked Arctic charr. The Arctic charr was nicely cooked, and the grilled lamb was the clear favorite at the table — tender, flavorful, and something we all enjoyed. The traditional hashed fish was just okay for us; I didn’t mind it, but my wife didn’t care for it.

This is a lovely restaurant with a very large menu. Lots of different meats, burgers, fish, Mexican food, pasta etc. This place has ALOT of tables so I imagine it can get very busy! It has a very cool ‘ring for service’ button on each table which you press when you would like service. That saves you trying to wave down a waiter/waitress all the time - Great idea. The food was lovely! The fries could have been a little warmer/hotter but that’s no big deal. The fish was absolutely incredible. We had a cheese burger & fries and fish with tomato sauce and potatoes. Both very nice meals.

Absolutely delicious food. After the first time we came back whenever we could. Reservation recommended on the weekends, during the week we didn’t have to wait. We had lamb, burger, fish and pizza and everything was fantastic. You have to ring for service, which we liked. Food came fast and everybody was very friendly. There are also vegan options, that are not just salad

Really nice restaurant. The staff is very attentive, they notice it was my birthday without my husband or I telling them and got me a nice surprise. The food was amazing, my favorite part was dessert. I had an apple pie with vanilla ice cream and cookie crumbs that taste almost as the one by my late grandpa. The atmosphere is cute and family friendly. Very easy to find and good parking. Definitely coming back next time I go to Akureyri.
